TOOLS FOR TRANSFORMATION
Reticular Activating System (RAS) -A tool in your prefrontal cortex helps your brain to find information that reinforces your Belief Structures and increases your attention when those specific things pass by your reality. It classifies important and nonimportant information.
- Examine your belief structures. Eliminate or adjust negative and limiting beliefs that get in the way of you accomplishing your goals. Restabhislh empowering belief structures. Then look for evidence to support your new beliefs.
- Identify your goals, desires and what you want so your RAS can look for those things in your reality.
Visualization – This is an extremely powerful tool. Visualization practiced consistently and properly is the development of faith. Faith is the ability to hold a vision in your mind until it becomes reality. Also, by encoding information into your mind and imagining yourself taking advantage of opportunities when they appear you are conditioning your mind to be attentive when those opportunities arise.
- Visualization through meditation – silent or moving meditation
- Vision boarding – collecting images that are in alignment with your goals posting them on a board and encoding them in your mind.
Autosuggestion – Speaking/manifesting what you want into existence. It is reprogramming your subconscious and overall life perspective by constantly saying things that reinforce what you want to experience, be or see. Whether you are a recipient of autosuggestion or saying it yourself it has tangible and powerful effects on a person’s mind. Autosuggestion is a very powerful way to build standards and help reinforce a perspective that looks for opportunities to reinforce those standards.
