THE TRANSFORMATION PROCESS

  • Step 1: Make a decision to transform any area of your life.

  • Step 2: Create a clear vision of your goal. Write down your goals and answer these specific questions: What do you want? How do you know when you have it? What will you see, feel (emotions) hear, smell, touch?

 

  • Step 3:  Examine your beliefs around your goals. Do you believe you can have it? You can tell by how your body reacts to the thought of the goal.  If you don’t believe you can accomplish the goal you must reexamine your limiting beliefs and restructure them to more empowering beliefs. This may be an ongoing process.

 

  • Step 4:  Clear all unnecessary clutter from your life. Eliminate anything that is not in alignment with or contradictory to your goal.

 

  • Step 5: Make a plan. This gives you points of focus to move towards.

 

  • Step 6:  Take Action. Consider the idea of “progress over perfection.” Schedule time each day specifically dedicated to taking action towards your goal.

 

  • Step 7:  Do your best each day and let go.
